rpaka-farmが提供するアプリ「究極大富豪」製品版およびそのベータ版（以下「本アプリ」）のインストールまたは使用をもって、本アプリ利用者（以下「ユーザ」）は本使用許諾契約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものと見なされます。
本アプリの使用により発生したいかなる損害について、本アプリの開発関係者（以下「開発者」）は一切の責任を負いかねます。
本アプリに含まれる欠陥（セキュリティ上の問題、バグ、エラー等）について、その不存在を保証いたしかねます。
開発者は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更または終了する場合があります。
その際に発生したいかなる損害についても、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。
本使用許諾契約の内容は、予告なく変更されることがあります。
変更後に本アプリの使用を継続した場合、ユーザは変更後の契約内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。
ユーザは、本アプリの全部または一部について、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、解析等の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリに関する著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、すべて開発者に帰属します。
本使用許諾契約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

By installing or using the release version or beta version of the application "President Noir" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by rpaka-farm, the user of the App (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is deemed to have agreed to this End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
The developers and affiliates of the App (hereinafter referred to as the "Developers") shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
The Developers do not guarantee the absence of defects (including but not limited to security issues, bugs, and errors) in the App.
The Developers reserve the right to modify the content of or terminate the App without prior notice.
The Developers shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such modifications or termination.
The terms of this End User License Agreement may be amended without prior notice. If the User continues to use the App after any such amendments, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Agreement.
The User shall not perform acts such as reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing all or any part of the App.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developers.
This End User License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
