1. 同意の成立

rpaka-farmが提供する「究極大富豪」製品版およびそのベータ版におけるオンライン対戦サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用をもって、利用者（以下「ユーザ」）は本使用許諾契約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものと見なされます。

2. 免責事項

本サービスの利用、または通信障害、サーバーエラー、予期せぬ不具合等による本サービスの利用不能により発生したいかなる損害について、本サービスの開発関係者（以下「開発者」）は一切の責任を負いかねます。

また、本サービスを通じて生じたユーザ間のトラブル等についても、開発者は介入の義務を負わず、一切の責任を負いません。

3. サービスの内容変更・中断・終了

開発者は、システムの保守、アップデート、またはその他の理由により、ユーザに事前の予告なく本サービスの内容を変更、一時的に中断、または完全に終了する場合があります。 その際に発生したいかなる損害についても、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。

4. 契約の変更

本使用許諾契約の内容は、予告なく変更されることがあります。 変更後に本サービスの使用を継続した場合、ユーザは変更後の契約内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。

5. 禁止事項

ユーザは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 開発者が提供する公式アプリ以外の手段（自作クライアント、非公式ツール、スクリプト等）を用いて本サービスに接続またはアクセスする行為
• 本サービスのサーバーやネットワークに対して、DDoS攻撃等の過度な負荷をかける行為、または正常な運営を技術的に妨害する行為
• チートツール、マクロ、ボット等を使用して不正にゲームを操作または進行させる行為
• 通信内容を傍受、改ざん、または不正に取得する行為
• その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

6. 違反時の措置

ユーザが本契約に違反した、またはそのおそれがあると開発者が判断した場合、開発者は事前の通知なく当該ユーザに対する本サービスの提供を停止（接続拒否、アクセスブロック等）できるものとします。

7. 準拠法

本使用許諾契約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By using the online matchmaking service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") in the release version or beta version of "President Noir" provided by rpaka-farm, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is deemed to have agreed to this End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2. Disclaimer

The developers and affiliates of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Developers") shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, or the inability to use the Service due to communication failures, server errors, unexpected bugs, or other issues.

Furthermore, the Developers are not obligated to intervene in and shall not be held liable for any disputes or troubles arising between Users through the Service.

3. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Service

The Developers reserve the right to modify the content of, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate the Service without prior notice to the User for system maintenance, updates, or any other reasons.

The Developers shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such modification, suspension, or termination.

4. Amendments to the Agreement

The terms of this Agreement may be amended without prior notice.

If the User continues to use the Service after any such amendments, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.

5. Prohibited Acts

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

• Connecting to or accessing the Service using means other than the official application provided by the Developers (e.g., custom clients, unofficial tools, scripts).
• Placing excessive load on the servers or networks of the Service, such as DDoS attacks, or technically interfering with its normal operation.
• Unfairly manipulating or progressing the game using cheat tools, macros, bots, or similar methods.
• Intercepting, falsifying, or illegally acquiring communication contents.
• Any other acts that the Developers deem inappropriate.

6. Measures Against Violations

If the Developers determine that a User has violated or is likely to violate this Agreement, the Developers reserve the right to suspend the provision of the Service to said User (including but not limited to connection refusal and access blocking) without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
